By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to abide by our store website's terms and conditions as outlined below. 1. You must be 13 years of age or older and have parental consent to make purchases in our store.
2. You must be logged into the Zombie Horde Minecraft server to receive your items.
3. Any refunds issued for purchases made on our store website will result in an immediate ban from accessing the Zombie Horde Minecraft server.
4. Prior to purchasing items from our store, you must comply with all rules of the Zombie Horde Minecraft server.
5. Violation of these rules may result in a ban from purchasing items on our store and potential disciplinary action on our Minecraft Server.

Legal Rights:

How to Create a Store Ticket:

To create a store ticket, you must be 13 years of age or older and have a Discord account. Please ensure that you follow all rules of the Discord server.

2. Proceed to the "Feedback" section and select "Support".
3. Follow the steps outlined in the ticket system to complete the ticket and await assistance from a staff member.
